The opportunity:
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a strategic role in supporting the Marketing, Finance, and Customer Operations teams through the company’s rapid growth and global expansion. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, this role focuses on developing and implementing people strategies that drive business success, enhance workforce effectiveness, and improve employee engagement.
The Senior HR Business Partner will lead key initiatives in talent management, leadership development, organisational design, and change management, ensuring alignment with business goals. Additionally, the role will oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives while leveraging HR analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
What you will bring:
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of HR experience, including three years in a business partner role, and a strong understanding of Australian employment laws and HR best practices. You must be skilled in influencing senior leaders, managing organisational change, and driving talent development in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition to attract top talent, support employee lifecycle management, and ensure a strong cultural fit. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, problem-solving abilities, and resilience to navigate the complexities of a scaling business.
