About the Role:
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be playing an essential role in aligning strategic people initiatives the the broader business strategy. Partnering with a designated client group, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Offering expert advice on all People related matters
- Focus on Organisational design, talent & succession planning
- Lead change initiatives within client group
- Driving initiatives related to employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and leadership development.
We are looking for an experienced, senior HR Business Partner who comes with excellent stakeholder management skills and is seen as a trusted advisor to their client group. You will have the ability to influence when needed and demonstrate commercial acumen. Additionally, you will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive business partnering experience, specifically within a large and complex organisations
- Strong ability to partner with senior, highly qualified stakeholders and influence when needed
- Organisation Development, change & talent management experience
- Proven capability in working autonomously and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically, solve problems and align people strategies to business objectives
- A collaborative, dynamic & energised team environment.
