  • We are partnering with a successful and well regarded privately owned retail business who have provided high quality products to Australia and New Zealand for 40 years. With 60+ stores across ANZ and 600 employees, the P&C Manager will be based at their head office in Keysborough.
      
    The Role 

    As the People and Culture Manager, you will be an integral member of the leadership team, reporting to the CEO.  You will be responsible for driving the people strategy providing expert HR advice and partnership to the business leaders and managers.
      
    Your role will be diverse and will lead all HR activities including learning and development, organisational development (engagement and culture), professional development, employee relations, onboarding and inductions, recruitment and retention, rewards and recognition, HR systems and projects. 
      
    About You 

    • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (highly desirable)
    • Proven experienc e as a People & Culture Manager within Retail or FMCG, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Outstanding coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to build and improve engagement at all levels
    • Exceptional time management and prioritisation capabilities
    • A team player who can provide direction and mentorship
    • A true self-starter and ability to use initiative when needed
    • Capability to identify areas of opportunity, influence effectively and drive positive change
    • A passionate and positive can-do' attitude
