We are looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner to join our close-knit People & Culture team and play a pivotal role in shaping our people practices and creating a positive working environment.

    About the Role

    This is a true People and Culture generalist role where you will partner with stakeholders across the business, providing hands-on P&C support in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll be on-site, in the office, and working directly with project managers and leaders to influence, guide, and embed strong people practices.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Working closely with project managers and employees across multiple construction sites and offices to provide comprehensive P&C advice across the entire employee life cycle. This will include onboarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration and employee engagement.
    • Partnering with leaders across the business to uplift leadership capabilities, empowering leaders to have regular touch points with their employees to boost engagement, productivity and morale.
    • Guiding leaders through the performance management cycle, ensuring clear goals are communicated and set with employees and providing the resources and training to encourage continued success.
    • Contributing to P&C projects. This could be improving existing processes, reviewing policies or developing initiatives around diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders across the business.
    About you:
    • Ideally tertiary qualified in HR, or related discipline.
    • Strong HR Generalist ideally with industry experience in construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, or another blue-collar industry.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels of the business from site workers through to senior leaders.
    • Ability to work at pace, juggle multiple priorities, and pivot when needed.
    • A relaxed yet professional approach with.
    • Strong ER knowledge with the ability to manage the full end to end process covering a range of issues ranging in complexity.
    • Passion for continuous learning and development.
