Organisational Design Specialist - Change &Transformation

6 month fixed term contract for a Organisational Design Specialist with Financial Services experience.

Our client is a complex Australian financial services organisation that is undergoing significant, positive change. They are seeking an experienced Organisational Design Specialist to work with the executive team to establish a new business unit.
 
Reporting to the Executive, you will be a key member of the leadership team and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organisation, including the HR and transformation teams and executives. You will ensure alignment with strategic goals and seamless integration with existing structures. The focus of the role will be organisational design, role design and developing consultation processes for a new operating model, in an end-to-end capacity, embedding and implementing people change. This is not a purely strategic design role, but more a holistic, end-to-end role. This role will take the strategic blueprints, and execute them to bring the new business unit to life. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and integration of the new business unit, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic goals.
• Develop and execute a transformation plan with clear milestones and timelines.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive alignment and support for change initiatives.
• Optimize organizational design, talent management, and operational processes for a high-performance business unit.

• Deep experience in organizational design, transformation, or human capital consulting ideally within Financial Services
• Proven ability to lead and execute complex change initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a focus on execution and problem-solving.
