About the Organisation:
Join a team of passionate problem solvers as a HRBP within a highly regarded Financial Services organisation on a continued growth trajectory. This role is based in their Sydney CBD office and will support a high performing HR team.
In this role you will receive direct mentorship from a fantastic HR leader & team of HR Business Partners. As a HRBP you will be supporting a designated client group across the employee lifecycle, including activities related to employee relations, performance management, and other HR projects and initiatives as required.
About the Role:
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Providing day-to-day support to your client group across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals
- Working closely with TA & other HR teams
- Supporting across ad-hoc HR projects
- Managing ER cases end to end by ensuring procedural fairness and mitigating risk to the business
- Guiding the business leaders to improve and optimise change management and transformational change
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Previous experience as a HRBP
- Experience within Professional Services, or Finance Services is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Strong Influencing and Stakeholder Management Skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- University undergraduate degree or equivalent qualification / equivalent experience is desired
