  • Circa $130,000 to $135,000 Base + Superannuation + Bonus

    About the Role:

    Reporting to an inspiring, down to Earth HR Leader this role will see you partnering directly with key leaders & employees within your dedicated client group.

    You’ll be actively assisting in areas that align with your passions from employee engagement, employee relations, DE&I, Learning & Development, Remuneration & Benefits. You will be responsible for but not limited to: 

    • Providing day-to-day support to the business across the employee lifecycle, including coaching managers through cyclical processes, including remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance appraisals.
    • Managing ER cases end to end by ensuring procedural fairness and mitigating risk to the business.
    • Provide expert advice to stakeholders on best practices in people strategies, potential risks, issues, and emerging trends to facilitate well-informed decision-making.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of policies and procedures.
    About You:

    As the ideal candidate, you will be an established HRBP who is able to build trust & influence your key stakeholders as well as push back when necessary. To be successful in this role you will bring:
    • Experience in a similar HRBP/ HR Generalist role for at least 5/6 + years 
    • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related disciplines is advantageous
    • Extensive knowledge of Employee Relations including performance management, terminations, redundancies and grievances
    • Excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to influence as required
    • A hands on approach & experience in a dynamic environment such as retail, FMCG, Blue/white collar mixed environments
