Another of our resident HR and TA experts, Ben spent many years working in internal Talent Acquisition and HR roles across a variety of industries including the FMCG, Retail, Utilities and Manufacturing sectors. As a result, Ben has well developed subject matter expertise and a pragmatic knowledge of the HR function. Ben is an optimistic, passionate talent partner who loves nothing more than to solve a talent problem whilst supporting candidates with their career development goals. Ben will spend the time to deeply understand a client brief, and in addition will dedicate hours to ensuring candidates feel heard and well sponsored.
